I made this for my restaurant as thick & bold BBQ sauce. Therefore, it goes a long way.
What I would do for chicken is; put some in a bowl, add a little pineapple, oj & mix. Pat dry the chicken, brush on all sides & let it sit for about 15 minutes then cook.
For rib; add JD to the sauce & do the same as above.
Instead of a rub for smoking, just rub on the sauce as is.
